My name is Karin Lepelaars, I am trained as a Social Psychiatric Nurse and have a lot of experience in mental health care. I have also completed various further training courses, such as body-oriented work, EMDR therapy, meditation, mindfulness, compassion training, relationship therapy, NLP and hypnotherapy. I am also a stress prevention and burnout coach. I am registered as a therapist with the NFG and the RBCZ.
I founded Rebalance in 2007. In addition to my own practice for therapy and coaching, I have worked for more than 22 years at GGzE, including as a case manager for complex and long-term requests for help, as a SPV-er with the ACT team for early psychosis and then as a trainer at the autism center. I combined both jobs for a long time. From 2014 onwards, I focused entirely on working in my own practice.
In addition to working with insightful conversation techniques, I work body-oriented. You can have individual conversations, and Rebalance also offers various group training courses.
